Henry Cirillo has practiced for over twenty years in the area of complex business litigation, concentrating in the areas of antitrust and securities fraud class actions. Mr. Cirillo's diverse business practice also includes common law fraud, negligence and breach of contract actions involving oil and gas developers, major accounting firms, partnerships and real estate syndications.

Prior to joining Steyer Lowenthal, Mr. Cirillo served as managing partner at The Furth Firm LLP in San Francisco and as personal counsel to Fred Furth. He was also "of counsel" at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen LLP (now Bingham McCutchen LLP).

Mr. Cirillo has participated actively as interim co-lead counsel and co-counsel in virtually all aspects of class actions and general civil litigation, including trial, alternative dispute resolution, expert and fact witness depositions, oral argument, settlement, written discovery, civil motion practice and appeals.

  • In re: Tableware Antitrust Litigation, C-04-3514 VRW (N.D. of Cal.); co-trial counsel representing plaintiff purchaser class
  • In re: Graphics Processing Units Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1826 (N.D. of Cal.); interim co-lead class counsel for indirect purchaser plaintiffs
  • In re: Air Cargo Services Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1775 (E.D. of N.Y.); interim co-lead class counsel for indirect purchaser plaintiffs
  • In re: TFT-LCD (Flat Panel) Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1827 (N.D. of Cal.); counsel for indirect purchaser plaintiffs
  • Oakland Raiders v. National Football League, et al. Case No. CV 756194 (Santa Clara Sup. Ct.); represented the NFL and other sports entities in action for breach of contract and various business torts
  • Brichetto v. Brichetto, et al., Case No. 316583 (Stanislaus Cty. Sup. Ct.); co-trial counsel representing defendant family in family partnership dissolution action
  • In re Stac Electronics Securities Litigation (S.D. Cal; 9th Cir); represented defendant underwriters in federal securities class action
  • Staudenraus v. Bisno, et at., Case No. 765101-0 (Alameda Cty. Sup. Ct.); represented defendant general partner and related real estate entities in action brought by limited partner
  • Anderson v. Deloitte & Touche LLP, Case Nos. 190464 and 193204 (Sonoma Cty. Sup. Ct.); represented defendant accounting firm in action brought by winery limited partnership investors
  • In re Consolidated Triton Cases, Case No. CIVMSC89-01303 (Contra Costa Cty. Sup. Ct.); represented defendant accounting firm in action brought by real estate limited partnership investors

Mr. Cirillo received his B.S. in Biology from Cornell University and his M.A. in Liberal Studies from State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1987. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987.
