Ms. Manning practices in the areas of securities fraud, antitrust, employment, and consumer class action law, and consumer rights litigation.
She earned her bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Davis, in 1991.
In 1995, she received her law degree from the University of San Francisco where she served as articles editor for the USF Law Review.
Ms. Manning has testified before the California Assembly and Senate Judiciary Committees on proposed legislation affecting California homeowners, and is a frequent speaker at seminars on class actions.
Ms. Manning is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California.
