Mr. Macrae practices in the areas of antitrust, consumer class actions, securities fraud, and general commercial litigation.
In 1978, he received his bachelor of arts from Bowdoin College at Brunswick, Maine, where he was honored as a James Bowdoin scholar.
Mr. Macrae earned his law degree from University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), in 1982, where he received an American Jurisprudence award.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982
Mr. Macrae was born in Summit, New Jersey, on November 26, 1956.
