Biography
Nick Boodrookas retired from Steyer Lowenthal Boodrookas Alvarez & Smith LLP in 2026.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Boodrookas practiced in the areas of labor and employment, including union organizing and elections, collective bargaining, worker grievances, and unfair labor practices.
Mr. Boodrookas represented a variety of businesses, organizations and individuals, including numerous nonprofits and independent schools in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, both in compliance counseling and in defense and prosecution of claims, before all levels of state and federal agencies and courts.
