Biography
Kevin Bocek’s practice involves commercial litigation concerning construction, real property, and title insurance and escrow law.
Mr. Bocek’s experience includes representing a leading construction company with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion in complex commercial disputes, as well as national title insurance companies and their insured owners and lenders in complex real property matters.
Education
Mr. Bocek earned his Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley in 2016, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2021. Mr. Bocek also attended Magdalene College at the University of Cambridge, where his thesis examined how the distribution of economic resources within international organizations affected their compliance with international law.
About
Mr. Bocek was raised in rural Northern California. Beyond his family and legal practice, Mr. Bocek has three principal passions: the history of the Near East and Europe, the history of political thought, and the San Francisco 49ers.
